This week, I've been teaching at my school district's Tech Academy. It is amazing to see so many teachers give up their last moments of summer to learn and grow as professionals. Why do they do it? They do it because they want to be ready for those smiling (sometimes crying) faces coming into their classrooms in a few weeks.
